The primary bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, and the second bedroom offers a full-size bottom bunk, a twin top bunk, and a twin trundle, making it a great setup for families. Central AC keeps the cottage cool during the summer, and electric heat provides comfort in the off-season. Pools and the hot tub open Memorial Day weekend, while the clubhouse, gym, library, courts, and Sandbar open May 1, though Sandbar hours may vary. During peak season, from June 21 to September 5, rentals require a 7-night Saturday-to-Saturday stay; outside of peak season, only a 2-night minimum is required.
